Presales Consultant

The Presales Consultant works alongside prospects to understand prospect business needs and buying criteria and convey that critical information to sales and product management. The Presales Engineer is responsible for presenting our product offering to prospects and customers and addressing all technical objections in the sales cycle.

The Presales Consultant must have a strong business, technical and communications skills. This is a client-facing role in a fast-paced environment, and requires the ability to respond appropriately to high profile clients with complex requirements.

Job Functions/Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver product demonstrations to prospects
• Present the product to prospects and clients at field events
• Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
• Convey customer requirements to Product Management
• Develop and maintain sales demonstration databases
• Work across multiple departments to ensure company goals are reached

What We Require:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 5 years of financial services experience
• Technology, sales, and sales support experience
• Willingness to travel (up to 20%)

Things That Will Excite Us About You:
